FOUNDER
VINAY GAIROLA
Vinay Gairola is a London based Indian Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience.
His core expertise is in providing financial management bandwidth to businesses and senior stakeholders in special situations (PE backed entities, acquisition of targets, changes in group structures, M&A, liquidation and listings).
In addition to undertaking the day to day CFO’s role, he has also been actively advising on supporting stakeholders in change management, corporate restructuring and fund raisings.
In the last few years he has been very active in identifying, supporting and managing operations of very early stage startups in the UK, India and other south east Asian markets.
Vinay is approved by the FCA UK to perform the CF1(Director) and CF30 (Customer) Function.
